Onside Performance takes pride in being a provider of professional rugby player and coach skills clinics in Scotland.

We are the first independent rugby organization in Scotland to offer players the unique opportunity to be coached by professional coaches from South African teams who compete in the United Rugby Championship. Additionally, we are passionate about promoting female participation in the sport and have introduced girls-only skills clinics featuring Scotland and GB international players to serve that goal.

 

Our offerings extend beyond skills clinics; we also organize 'Play like a Warrior' events where players are grouped with their favorite pros and compete against other players and professionals from different clubs in touch tournaments.

At the end of each skills clinic, players have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session, take autographs, and snap pictures with the pros.

 

It is worth noting that our skills clinics are independent of the SRU and are run separately.
